As an incorporated company providing mobile in-person and videoconferencing supervised services within Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, and surrounding areas, our mission is to provide properly supervised family visitation within a safe environment. We provide professional court-ready reports to both parties in order to remain unbiased and meet legal obligations.
Access Family Services company and staff are child-focused, regardless of which parent sets the visit parameters or pays for the service.
We abide by high work ethics and strive to meet the needs of children and families in a very professional manner. Our supervisors are well trained, closely monitored, and are Criminal Records Check cleared for working within the Vulnerable Sector.
We have a wide array of talented and professionally trained supervisors on our team, including: child and youth workers, counsellors, teachers, educational assistants, nurses, residential care workers, and early childhood educators. To promote impartiality and prevent bias, we have three staff members involved with each family (supervisor, coordinator, case manager) and we compensate our staff fairly for their service.
Our multicultural team can provide supervision in many languages, including: English, French, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Farsi/Persian, Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese), Korean, Tagalog, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Greek, Russian, German and Romanian.

We are constantly expanding to new regions of BC. In the Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas, we currently serve the following cities: West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Delta, Tri-Cities (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody), Surrey, Langley, White Rock, Aldergrove, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, Mission, Abbotsford, Chilliwack.
We charge a flat fee of $70/hour (no GST charged), which includes the Supervision Summary Report. With local supervisors in many areas, in some cases we can offset a parent's costs by not charging for the Supervisor's travel time. Whether or not this is always possible, we never charge parents for fuel. A parent's cost per visit is often lower than other agencies, we never charge extra for the Supervision Summary Report.
